are you sure the answer is D

because according to the stem we can certainly determine the value of X

Yes its D, because x > 35 and it could be any number greater than 35, like 36,37,38 etc so its D

Oh yes.

I got x=28 but I wrongly tought. It is x>28 so the answer is D
