No I donot think so
Consider quantity A
\(4 +\sqrt{64}\)
we get 4+8 = 12
or 4-8 = -4
Now
Consider quantity B
\(9 +\sqrt{16}\)
we get 9+4 = 13
or 9-4 = +5
In both cases quantity B is greater, so option B is correct
