Here, the digits repeat after every $\(6^{\text {th \)$ decimal place.
Therefore, the $\(45^{\text {th \)$ decimal is 8 (Since, $\(45=6 \times 7+3\)$ ).
Therefore, Column $\(\mathrm{A}=8\)$. The 10 millionth decimal is $\(5\)($ Since, $\(10000000=6 \times 1666666+4)\)$.
Therefore, Column B=5.
Hence, Column A > Column B.
Thus, the correct answer is $\(A\)$.
