Since opposite angles are equal, we can add the following information to the diagram:
Since the three angles of a triangle always add to 180 degrees we can write: 3x + 4x + 2x = 180
Simplify: 9x = 180
Solve: x = 180/9 = 20
So we get:
QUANTITY A: 5x = 5(20) = 100
QUANTITY B: 100
Answer: A
