I am not sure I got what you mean sir

X is between 0 and 1.

Take the extremes 0.9 and 0.1 and multiply * 8 the tenth digit of the number will be always > 0

In both cases are 8 and 2

Right - if x is between 0 and 1, x can be 0.5
if x is 0.5, then 8*0.5 is 4, which has a tenth digits of 0-> 04

It is not stated that 8x must be a 2 digit integer
