Hi Carcass, shouldn't its answer be C, because if a negative number is squared and then if we take its square root then the value should be negative.
And here we are doing the exactly same thing, a negative number is being squared and then its sq. root is taken.

Clearly the question in its oA is wrong.
Maybe some typo in the book. I doubled check and the answer is still B. But it is not possible
QA is a+b
QB is also a+b because the power of two and root cancel out
C is the answer. Fixed accordingly
