The answer is D.
Quantity A can be simplified to (b + a)/ab.
Quantity B can be simplified to ab/(b + a).
Now, we do not know whether ab > b + a.
For example, if a = 2 and b = 3, then ab > b + a ; but if a = 2 and b = 2, then ab = b + a.
Note that we haven't tested non-integer values yet, but we do not need to as we have already got inconsistent answers.
Hence, the relationship cannot be determined.
