Concept tested: Zero is a digit
Let's test some possible values of x and B
case i: Since a = b + 3, one possible pair of values is a = 3 and b = 0
We get:
Quantity A: 30
Quantity B: 40
In this case, Quantity B is greater
case ii: Since a = b + 3, another possible pair of values is a = 4 and b = 1
We get:
Quantity A: 41
Quantity B: 40
In this case, Quantity A is greater

ahh I'm soo annoyed. I read it as a two-digit integer ab, meaning a*b.
