We can figure out, a positive, b positive and d negative. But we don't know 'sign' of c, which can change the result either way.
Case 1: a=3, d=-3 let's say, c=2 then, quantity A=6 and quantity B=-6 Obviously A >B
Case 2: a=3, d=-3 here take c=-2 then, Quantity A=-6 and quantity B=6, A<B
So, D
