Cost of 4 registrations in City X = (4)($2.25) = $9.00
Cost of 3 registrations in City Y = (3)($3) = $9.00
The cost of 4 registrations in City X is k percent of the cost of 3 registrations in City Y
In other words, $9.00 is k percent of $9.00
Since the two values are equal, we can say that: $9.00 is 100 percent of $9.00
We get:
