One bottle contains 4 pints, which is equal to 4 x 16 = 64 fluid ounces of mango crush.
To make one glass of the drink, we need 0.5 fluid ounces of mango crush.
Therefore, one bottle can make 64 / 0.5 = 128 glasses of the drink.
