Kudos for the right answer and explanation
Question part of the project GRE Quantitative Reasoning Daily Challenge - (2021) EDITIONGRE - Math Book Average speed = (total travel distance)/(total travel time)\(= \frac{140 miles + 140 miles }{4 hours + 3.5 hours}\)
\(= \frac{280}{7.5}\)
\(= \frac{560}{15}\)
I multiplied numerator and denominator by 2 to get an easier fraction to work with\(= 37\frac{5}{15}\)
\(= 37\frac{1}{3}\) miles per hour
Answer: B
