Punch is made of two parts of soda and three of ice cream. So, we just have to multiply the parts of sugar (A) and citric acid (B) by two for soda and three for ice cream and sum them.
In other words, sugar is punch is 2*4 + 3*3 = 17, while citric acid in punch is 2*5 + 2*3 = 16. Thus, quantity A is greater!

A punch is consists of 2 parts soda and 3 parts ice cream. Soda consists of 4 parts sugar, 5 parts citric acid and 11 parts other ingredients.
So, 2 parts soda would consist of 8 parts sugar, 10 parts citric acid and 22 parts other ingredients.
Ice cream consists of 3 parts sugar, 2 parts citric acid, and 15 parts other ingredients.
So, 3 parts ice cream would consist of 9 parts sugar, 6 parts citric acid and 45 parts other ingredients.
Q A. Parts sugar in punch is 8+9=17
Q B. Parts citric acid in punch is 10+6=16
Q A. > Q B.
