150=mh, to find m;
m= 150/h

Let h=1, m=150

Qty A, d=2mt
D=300
320=2mt
To find t:
t=320/2m
t=320/2*150
t=320/150
t=1.1

Qty A= 1.1
Qty B= h=1
A is bigger (assume any value for h and A will always be bigger.
