In a circle with centre ' O ', has diameter D , so the radius of the circle is $\(\mathrm{D} / 2\)$
Also we have $A B$ as the chord in the circle, so we get the figure as

The length of chord $\(A B\)$ must be less than the diameter of the circle i.e. $\(D\)$, so the perimeter of triangle $\(O A B\)$ must be less than $\(D+\frac{D}{2}+\frac{D}{2}=2 D\)$.
Column B quantity i.e. $\(\frac{5 D}{3}\)$ is also less than 2 D , so we cannot compare column A and column B quantities uniquely.
Hence the answer is (D).
