24 hours = 20000 moments
9 hours ( 8 am to 5 pm ) = 7500 moments
and for 5 days, we get 37500 moments ( eq. 1 )
therefore, total moments in a week = 20000 x 7 = 140000 ( eq. 2 )
And if we divide eq. 1 by eq. 2, we get 37500/140000 = 15/56
So, E is the answer
24 hours = 20000 moments
