let us consider the basic way of division i.e.
Q=Quotient, R= Remainder, d = Divisor and D = dividend then we have
D = Q d + R
the first condition shows that
3 n = 15 d + 6
now divide by 3 we have
n = 5 d + 2
this shows that when n is divided by 5 the remainder is 2.
Quantity A= when n is divided by 5 the remainder is 2.
Quantity B= 2
both are equal so option C is correct.
