Let's say price=$x. This means y=7x/10 and z=14x/25. Knowing this we can say that 14x/25< 49 so x<87.5. Let's move onto the options now.
A- Incorrect since price can be above $86.
B- Assuming x≈87, we can say z=48.72 and y=60.9 which means the difference is 12.18. This is less than $16. Correct.
C- 60.9–48.72/48.72*100%=25%. This is between 0<a<30. Correct.
