A percent rounded to the nearest tenths digit is 14.2%, then it means that 14.15% < x < 14.25%, where x is the percent before being rounded. 14.15%*80000 < x*80000 < 14.25%*80000, x*80000 is the number of voters expressed a preference for an independent candidate. Solve the inequality: 11320 < answer < 11400. Then choices B, C, D are correct
