Usually on the GRe they are fairly simple
Use the formula
X+Y-Both (the intersection where a company use both systems) + Neither (outside of the intersection)= Total
X+Y-B+0=208 we are looking for both as variable
120+90-B+0=208
B=2
So we need to find X now
120-2=118
A>B
