Answer is 55.
Since the sum of the first three is 241
Thus
241+x/3 = 74
which gives x=55

Average for the first three tests is = ( 75 + 84 + 82) / 3 = 241/3 = 80.33
average reduced = 80.33 - 74 = 6.33
Number for fourth test = 80.33 - 6.33 X 4 = 80.33 - 25.33= 55
