Explanation::
Since AB is diameter, hence \(\angle C = 90°\)
Therefore in \(\triangle ABC\)
\(\angle A + \angle B + \angle c= 180°\)
or \(\angle A = 180° - 90° - 20° = 70°\)
Hence \(Qty A = Qty B\) i.e. Option C
