(A) 280 (B) 560 (C) 720 (D) 840 (E) 960
3x + 2x + 20 + 25 + 30 = 100% Also, 3x% of Total = 420
5x = 25 x = 5
So, 15% of Total = 420 Total = 2800
Liberal Arts = 30% of 2800 = 840
Hence, option D
