Hello,
I have a poor GRE Score 304 ( Quant 154, Verbal 150). As a civil servant ( Administrative Cadre Officer of my country) I have 11 years of experience in development administration. I did my M.Sc in Development Economics from the University of Birmingham with overall 61% marks. My M.Sc degree includes Advanced Micro, Macro, Econometrics, Development Economic Theory, DevEco Policy, International Trade and Dissertation.
Given the above particulars, how likely is it for me to be accepted for a PhD in Economics ( Public Economics/Development Economics/Agriculture Economics) in the US and Canadian universities , which are ranked between 150-300?
I have scholarship ( full) assurance from my government .
Please advice me .
Though I am going to retake GRE next September .
