The word options hearty, salubrious and vigorous are all synonyms of the word healthy, and if a person is ill, his/her complexion is not going to be healthy. Albino is a type of genetic condition and does not make sense in the sentence. The two possible answers would be bilious and sallow. Both words are adjectives used to describe a person who is not looking very healthy or well.
