Area of square garden = 60 * 60 = 3600
Diameter of flower bed = 60 ; hence radius = 30
Area of flower bed = \(πr^2\) = \(900π\)
remaining area = \(3600 - 900π\)
ratio = \(\frac{3600 - 900π}{3600}\) = \(1 - \frac{π}{4}\) = \(\frac{4 - π}{4}\)
Answer D
