The equation for a circle is (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2. h and k are the x and y coordinates of the center. The radius is the distance between the center and (2,0). This is 4 root 2.
The equation is (x-6)^2 + (y-4)^2 = (4 root 2)^2. 4 root 2 squared is 32. D is correct.
