Answer should be C. The number of red apples is the same in both groups.
Let use numbers of apples for each shop. The first shop has (let s say) 12 x 3/4 which equals 9. So 9 apples are red.
The second shop has 2 x 12 apples, so 24. 24 x 0.375 is a number of red apples. Same result 9.
Both quantities of red apples in both shops are the same. C

Pick a number, say 100 to solve this problem
Store A
Number of apples = 100
\(3/4\) apples are red
\(3/4 \times 100 = 75\) apples are red
Store B
Number of apples = 200
0.375 apples are red
\(0.375 \times 200 = 75\) apples are red
BOTH quantities are EQUAL
The answer is C.
