fraction of people taking the bus or driving: 3/15 + 5/15 = 8/15 or 32/60 --> remaining people: 7/15
of the 7/15 people 1/4 takes the subway : 7/15 * 1/4 = 7/60 --> 60/60 - 32/60 - 7/60 = 21/60 remaining
21/60 * 1/7 = 3/60 --> 21/60 - 3/60 = 18/60 = 3/10 people remain who walk
