Best American States For A Career Post-MBA/MSM?

A little background:
My undergrad was in life sciences- microbiology, genetics and chemistry, to be precise. I've applied to 6 American universities for either MBA or MSM programs. As of now, I don't have a specific job or field I want to be in post-graduate school, but for now, let's say I'm looking for a job in the biology sector (biotech/pharma companies, etc.) or in marketing (doesn't matter what sector/field).
All 6 universities I've applied to are in different states, with a mix of 'first-world' and 'third-world' states. Some universities in the third-world states are really good (at least rankings-wise), and some in the first-world states are average or just decent. For instance, one of the schools is in Kentucky and is pretty good, but Kentucky doesn't sound like a great place to work or live (to my knowledge). Normally, I would pick mostly based on the Uni and not the area, but I was wondering if in some cases, it might be better to graduate from a less reputed Uni but in a state with much more opportunity.
Now I realize that I could study in one state and find jobs in other states once I'm done studying, but a shockingly large number of people I've seen (online and offline) ended up living and working in the state they studied in. If this isn't an actual trend and it's fairly common, convenient and doable to move to another state and work there after graduating, please let me know.
My Question:
Which of these schools do you guys think has the best combination of location (from a career standpoint) and reputability?
University of Florida- Warrington School of Business- Florida
University of Colorado (Denver) Business School- Colorado
Stony Brook University (SUNY) Business School- New York (State)
University of Kentucky- Gatton School of Business- Kentucky
New Jersey Institute of Technology Business School- New Jersey
Texas A&M University- Mays School of Business- Texas
PS: Please don't tell me if the schools are good/bad, I know already. I'm more interested in knowing about the states in terms of career prospects, growth and satisfaction.
