Total balls in box A - 18
Total balls in box B - 14

Prob. of picking a green ball from box A = \(\frac{10}{18} = \frac{5}{9}\)
Prob. of picking a green ball from box B = \(\frac{9}{14}\)

Prob. of picking both the balls together = \((\frac{5}{9})(\frac{9}{14}) = \frac{5}{14}\)

Hence, option D
