Mathematical relation between Population (P) , Population/ square mile (PPSM) and Area (A, in square miles )
PPSM * A = P
Therefore A = P/PPSM
For 1980
A = 5.3/6.1
approximately (5/ 6) Million
For 1990
A = 76/25.6
approximately 3 Million
Therefore increase (3 - (5/6)) Million
(13/6) * 10,00,000
approximately 20,00,000
