for the 1st 2 minutes cost = 0.5*2 = 1
for the remaining minutes 10-2= 8*0.15= 1.2
total cost = 1 +1.2 = 2.2
for the remaining minutes 10-2= 8*0.15= 1.2
total cost = 1 +1.2 = 2.2

$0.50 + 8($0.15) = $0.50 + $1.20 = $1.70.
The call costs $1.70
