Choosing the best university for Data Science

Hello all,
I look forward to pursuing data science in the US and contemplating the best university out of the following universities offering the data science program. I know it would ultimately be my own decision that would complement my aspirations, however, it would be nice to have some community input as it might give me insights on some key points that I am not considering for making this crucial decision. Please consider the following universities and let me know what you think: -
1) University of Pennsylvania
2) Northwestern University
3) University of California, San Diego
Your insights would certainly be quite helpful.

These are sure among the best or top tier
However, based on what I do know, San Diego is probably the best among the three
However, it is all relative: location, facilities, tutoring, tuition, academic body, your interests. all this is what in the end make your choice.
