Given that the total number of products is 300, it is straightforward to compute the number of products B, which is the half of 300, i.e. 150. The remaining 150 products are divided between A and C in a ratio of 2:1, Thus, if we divide 150 by 3, the number of the quotas (1+2), we get 50. Then, multiplying 50 by 2 and by 1 we get the number of A products (100) and the number of C products (50). Since we are asked to compare A products with 100, the answer is C.

Given: Company X sold 300 products this year
Company X sold TWICE as many of Product A as it did of Product C
Let C = the number of units of Product C sold.
So, 2C = the number of units of Product A sold.
Half of the products sold were Product B
Half of 300 = 150
So, 150 units of Product were sold
Now that we've accounted for all three products we can write: C + 2C + 150 = 300
Simplify: 3C + 150 = 300
Subtract 150 from both sides of the equation: 3C = 150
Solve: C = 150/3 = 50
We already know that 2C = the number of units of Product A sold
So, 2(50) = 100 = the number of units of Product A sold
We have:
Quantity A: 100
Quantity B: 100
Answer:C
