We recognize that a few negative comments do not hurt if we have a recognition of the positive ones
D is the answer
Notice how D is written in British English language (the spelling) which, considering GRE is an American standard test, I do not think is possible to see such spelling in the official exam.
From this we do know that this is NOt a good question
