The sentence says something to the effect of "continued support".
A) This seems like a good choice, however it is not quite correct. Resilience means more of "withstanding harm/negative events". That is not what is being conveyed here (which is loyalty/support)
B) Again, fortitude is not quite the correct meaning.
C) Not sure what this means -> root ig means "do". Do nominy?
D) This is correct. Constancy has a meaning of "carrying on, continuing support" which is what the sentence is trying to say.
E) Wrong meaning. Ambivalence means "neutral".
F) Matches nicely with D. "showing their allegiance" means to show their support, show their alliance which is what the sentence is trying to say.
