Answer is B.
Let Pablo Drinks = x mugs of coffee
Then Diego drinks = 1.5x mugs of coffee
Lilly drinks = 2x+2x= 4x mugs of coffee
Quantity A = Diego drinks in 5 years = 1.5x * 5 = 7.5x
Quantity B = Lilly and Pablo in 2 years = 2x + 8x = 10x
Hence quantity B is greater.
