Back to the question. This is a tough one.
It is better to start from the second part of the sentence, the second and third blank.
Actually, people rebelled against the abuse of aristocrats, and the other is that people were no longer happy with the aristocracy, and that the eminence is no longer a mirror of the people necessities. As it turns out, the first blank says that democracy is an artificial product to solve this scenario and change the history
