If you do not know the meanings, Use POE.

intransigent, suppressed are the clues. Hence, some bold words would be the answer choices.

A) obsolete - old - out of context
B) iniquitous - do not know - hold for now
C) inclusive - to include - out of context
D) flexible - opposite
E) universal - "in the country". Hence, no universal. Out
F) unrighteous - Yes, that's why "suppressed groups have garnered the support"

Hence, B and F.
