it is a double possibility problem. without seeing the options, we can figure out 2 options for both the blanks.
1st case-- solid proof of evidence, unlikely to present a weak case
2nd case-- shaky evidence, unlikely to present a good or convincing case
Now we can see from the options, that only 2nd case fits. and hence answer will be B, E
