GRE AWA vs GRE SCORE

Hi Experts,
I got 314 ( V-153 Q-161) and AWA - 4 in my recent GRE exam. I am planning to give another exam to boost my GRE score. Imagine if I score 320 with AWA 3 or 3.5. I was wondering whether a score of 320 and AWA 3 or 3.5 is better than 314 Awa-4.
Regards, Darkshadow.
