Hey,
Suppose I able to score decent marks in GRE. I had cancer, but i have to go for regular follow ups.
1. Does Dream of studying in USA makes sense ?
2. What are the cons ?
I am super confused.

Of course, every day to chase our purpose makes sense . Every day under any circumstances. You must be as hard as iron.
2. What are the cons ?
In my opinion, the cons are "not give a try" and subsequent regrets.

I totally agree with Carcass. I would say you should never stop dreaming. It all starts from dreaming. So gear up your shoes and work on that dream if this is what you want.!
