We can consider the case of an equilateral triangle, that is if the angle ACB would have been 60 degrees then AB would have been 10. But since it is lesser than 60 degrees, the opposite side AB should be less than 10.

Angles A and B = 70 and sides opposite to those are 10

So side opposite to angle 40 is less than 10

Quantity B is greater
