In this question, we need to do some approximation.
First, we have to know the fact for the biggest triangles with the same preimeter would be (isolesces) right triangles.
For the biggest rectangular with the same perimeter woul be saures.
Then, for A, we can think of 6-8-10 right trianles, then 12-16-20 right triangles would have the area of 96.
For B: 12.5*12.5 which is bigger than 144 but we can have 1*24 (wide and length) rectangular whose area is area 24.
Thus, the Ans is D
