For Quant A, Perimeter of a right triangle with hypotenuse 15 and area 54 would be suitable for a 9-12-15 right triangle whose perimeter is 36.
For Quant B, area of a circle with the radius of \(\frac{6}{\sqrt{\pi}}\) would be 36.
Hence, the ans would be C
