Or we can also note a rule of remainder question:

If any postive no N is divided by a positive no D when remainder R lies in the range of 0<= R< D.

So in our case, we have a positive no divided by 11 therefore R can be 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 but NOT 11..

hence Quantity B is Bigger than A.

remainder when y is divided by x is, 0<=remainder<=x-1.
