Given:
Quantity A: (24/23) + (101/100)
Quantity B: 2
I like to use "+" notation to represent "a little bit bigger than"
For example, I might rewrite 4.07 as 4+ to save time (and lengthy calculations)
Likewise, I use "-" notation to represent "a little bit smaller than"
For example, I might rewrite 6.98 as 7- to save time (and lengthy calculations)
So, 24/23 = 1+
And 101/100 = 1+
So, we get:
Quantity A: (1+) + (1+)
Quantity B: 2
Simplify to get:
Quantity A: 2+
Quantity B: 2
Answer: A
