Will it be absolutely fine if I practice the Big Book Quant sections only to get 160+ in quant?. Many people are saying that Big Book Quant is very easy compared to the real GRE now. Is it true?

Hi Abyaz!
Welcome to the Club! I think Big Book Quants is not that easy. It is pretty good for practice. And GRE Forum has many questions with high difficulty level you can practice them if you want questions with high difficulty. But the difference between the official and unofficial questions is the quality of the question. So make sure when solving questions opt for a good source and do not focus on the difficulty. It depends how much you know about the topic.

Not totally true what the students assert
They do not know fully the matter

we do have all the questions from the BB
Those highlighted in yellow are difficult and in line with the actual GRE
And you do have plenty of those
