Hello,
Today I was supposed to take the GRE for the first time after switching from the GMAT. The proctor checked everyting on my computer and test environment and everything was ok, so she launched the ETS browser.
When I was about to start the test, it appeared a message that I can't give the test due to security issues. The proctor said that I have to contact ETS, that they are 24/7 available. I wrote and email and called, but they only answer on business hours, so I won't be able to give my exam today.
I read some similar experiences by googling and they take a lot to answer and some risk paying again for the test. I'm concerned as Round 2 is just around the corner, also I was really prepared for the test.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What can I do to reschedule fast and not have to pay again?
Thank you
